From the beginning we based our herd on the strengths of a select group of foundation cows.  With a strong belief in cow families and their ability to develop preferred traits,  we see the benefits of these initial female purchases.  Over the years we've made bull selections to enhance what the females had to offer and importantly to make improvements when identified.  Building a herd takes time.  It's like a design process!
